About The Wooden Palette

I'm Andrew. I make every wall mounted wooden coat rack sold here by hand, in a workshop on Anglesey. One person, one rack at a time — cut, assembled, painted, and lightly sanded back so the finish looks lived in rather than showroom new.

Each rack is solid redwood, finished in classic white with a painted central strip in any shade from the Farrow & Ball signature palette. The hooks are galvanised boat cleats — I chose them because they suit the coastal look of the racks, and because they are screwed into the timber rather than clipping onto a thin backboard.

I sell twelve standard sizes from 450mm to 1200mm wide, or I can build to your measurements if none of them suits your wall. I make and dispatch the racks; you fix them to your wall at home.

Standard sizes are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. Made-to-measure racks take 7 to 10 working days, and I return a quote within 24 hours of your enquiry. UK delivery is free on all orders, and takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
